Hi philip, pls listen to my case..I have HP 1000 laptop with windows 8 single language edition. I have sets of recovery dvd, unfortunately one of the dvd scratched and the disc became unreadable. And I could not boot fresh installation of windows 8 using these dvd. I want to make my laptop as default installation as during the time of purchased. So my questions, If i download the iso file of windows 8.1 and boot it via usb bootable, will it equalise with OEM of Windows 8? Pls enlightened me the different between ISO file and OEM. 2ff7e9595c
